Frequently Asked Questions and Other Info

About our Toolbox Tags
We make our Toolbox Tags using high quality decal and magnet materials. You'll receive them on a sheet with the labels pre-cut - though each sheet will have small "tabs" keeping the labels attached to the sheet. You should be able to pull them apart easily. We suggest using a razor blade to make nice clean cuts when pulling the labels away from the sheet. Be sure the toolbox surface is clean and dry before applying labels.

Ordering with a Credit Card or Paypal
Pay with a credit card Payments are accepted online via Paypal. However, you don't need to have a Paypal account to buy online. We accept all major credit cards as well. To use a credit card, proceed to the checkout screen as normal. You'll see a Paypal login box. To the left of the login box there will be some text asking you if you want to use your credit card, with a link next to it titled "continue". Simply click the link and follow the process.

Shipping
We typically ship orders out on Fridays. We currently ship all orders via USPS, which usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive from the day the order is shipped out.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your decals/magnets, please return them to us within 30 days of the order date and we'll refund your purchase, minus the shipping costs. Contact us to initiate a refund.

Retailers Who Would Like to Sell Toolbox Tags
If you are a retailer and would like to become a reseller for Toolbox Tags, please send us an email and include your name, company name, phone number, email address, and let us know if you have a physical store front or an online store front. We are still working out the details of our Reseller Program but would be happy to discuss some details with you.
